Telegram Bot That Matches a Workout Program to Height and Weight
Who It's For and What It Solves
For fitness coaches, nutritionists and gyms that give away programs in exchange for a contact. The bot sends one of three PDFs for three goals — lose weight, build muscle, stay fit — adds a goal tag and passes to your chat those who want a coach or rated their first workout low.

- Fitness coach, nutritionist, gym
- Level
- Medium — Texts plus one connection: team chat, channel or AI key. About 10–15 minutes.

How the Bot Talks to a Customer

How the Flow Works, Step by Step
- Weight and height — numbers only.
- A body mass index calculator.
- Filter: below normal, normal, above normal (WHO cut-offs 18.5 and 25).
- Goal: lose weight, build muscle or stay fit — a goal tag.
- A PDF programme for the goal.
- A day later — a 1–5 rating of the first workout.
- A low rating or “I Want a Coach” — phone and a request to the coach chat.
What to Adjust for Your Business
- Upload three PDF programmes and put the links into the bot fields.
- Set the coach name and the chat ID for requests. If it’s a gym rather than one coach, change “Your coach is …” in the texts to “Gym: …”.
- BMI is only a guide — don’t promise medical results in the texts.
Recommendations
- We recommend uploading three different PDF programs, because the bot picks the file by the goal the person chose.
What the Template Doesn't Do
- BMI is a guide, not a diagnosis — the bot says so to the client. It's best to keep medical promises out of the texts.

How does the bot calculate body mass index?
The “Calculator” block divides weight in kilograms by height in metres squared, and the “Conditions” block puts the result into “below normal”, “normal” or “above normal” using the WHO cut-offs of 18.5 and 25.
When does a request reach the coach?
When the person taps “I Want a Coach” or rates their first workout low. The request shows the goal, BMI, weight, height, workout rating and phone.
