English Level Test Bot with Trial Lesson Booking
Who It's For and What It Solves
For language schools, tutors and online courses that end up testing the level in the first lesson anyway. The test takes about two minutes, the student gets a result and a level tag, and the administrator gets a phone number and a ready level to pick the right group straight away.

How the Flow Works, Step by Step
- A greeting and 5 button questions.
- The bot counts correct answers.
- Level: A1–A2, B1 or B2+ — plus a level tag.
- A trial lesson offer.
- Phone and a request with the level go to the school chat.
What to Adjust for Your Business
- Change the questions and options to fit your course (the correct answer leads to the “+1 point” block).
- Change the level thresholds in the Filter.
- Set the school name and chat ID in the bot fields.
Recommendations
- We recommend replacing the questions with ones from your own course, because then the level in the request matches the way you split groups.
What the Template Doesn't Do
- This is a short five-question test, not an exam: the level is a guide for placing students in a group.

How does the bot work out the level?
Each correct answer leads to the “+1 point” block, the “Calculator” block adds up the points, and the “Conditions” block picks the level by thresholds: A1–A2, B1 or B2 or higher. You change the thresholds in “Conditions”.
What does the school administrator receive?
A trial lesson request in the school chat: level, score out of 5, name, a link to the student and phone.
