1.General
Forgebot (the "Service", "we") is an online platform for building and managing Telegram bots: a flow builder, broadcasts, chats with subscribers, a website chat widget, analytics and in-bot payments. The Service is available on forgebot.net, its subdomains and the dashboard.
"Customer" or "you" means the person or company that registered an account. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and these terms apply to the company.
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. The Privacy Policy applies together with these terms.
2.Your Account and Team
- Provide accurate details when you register and keep your email working: important notices are sent there.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account — including the actions of the people you invite and the permissions you give them.
- If you notice someone else signing in, change your password right away and contact us.
- We may refuse a registration or temporarily close registration of new accounts.
3.What We Provide
- Access to the Service features within your plan. We keep developing the Service and may add, change or remove features.
- The Service works through Telegram and other external platforms. We are not affiliated with Telegram and are not responsible for its rules, restrictions, outages or for bots and accounts being blocked.
- From time to time we carry out maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable.
- Support answers at support@forgebot.net within a reasonable time.
4.Your Bots and Content
You own your bots, flows, broadcasts and everything sent through them. We do not review or approve your content and are not responsible for it.
You alone are responsible for:
- the content of your messages and broadcasts and the goods and services your bot offers;
- collecting subscribers' data lawfully and having their consent, including consent to receive broadcasts;
- your own privacy policy for your bot or website where the law requires one;
- complying with Telegram's rules and with the laws of the countries where you operate and where your subscribers are;
- how you configure flows, integrations and AI blocks — and what your bot sends as a result.
If you accept payments through a bot, the sale is between you and the buyer: you are responsible for the goods and services, their delivery, refunds, taxes and receipts. We are not a party to these transactions and are not responsible for the payment provider.
For subscriber data you are the owner (controller) and we are the processor acting on your instructions. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If anyone brings a claim against us because of your content, your bots or your breach of these terms, you will settle it yourself and reimburse our documented costs.
5.What Is Prohibited
The following is prohibited on the Service:
- spam: messages to people who did not consent, use of bought or third-party contact lists;
- fraud and phishing: deceiving users, luring out passwords, codes or payment details, pyramid schemes;
- selling or advertising prohibited goods and services — drugs, weapons, forged documents, illegal gambling;
- content that breaks the law or others' rights: child abuse material, calls for violence or hatred, threats, defamation, copyright and trademark infringement;
- malware and malicious links, hacking attempts, circumventing limits and restrictions, load that disrupts the Service;
- breaking Telegram's rules;
- reselling access to the Service, copying or decompiling it without our written consent.
This list is not exhaustive — we make the final decision on whether your use breaches these terms.
6.Restriction and Suspension
If you breach these terms, we receive spam or fraud complaints about you, or Telegram, a payment provider or the law requires it, we may without notice restrict features, stop your bots and broadcasts, suspend or delete your account.
If an account is blocked for a breach, payments are not refunded. To stop a blocked user from registering again, we may block accounts and devices linked to them.
If you believe a block was a mistake, contact support and we will review your request.
7.Plans and Payment
- There is a free plan with limits and paid plans. Prices and limits are on the Pricing page and in the dashboard.
- A paid plan is paid in advance for the chosen period and is activated once the payment is confirmed.
- Payments are accepted by third-party payment providers and banks under their own terms. We do not receive or store card details. You pay any bank or payment system fees on your side.
- We may change prices and limits. New prices apply from the next billing period — a period you have already paid for is not recalculated.
- If a plan is not paid on time or its limits are exceeded, the Service may be suspended: bots stop replying, flows and broadcasts stop, and new subscriber messages may not be accepted. The dashboard stays available for viewing, payment and contacting support.
8.Refunds
If the Service did not work out for you, contact support. We decide on refunds case by case, at our discretion, unless the law requires otherwise. As a rule, a paid period that has already started is not refunded.
No refunds are given if an account is restricted or blocked for breaching these terms.
9.Rights to the Service and Your Content
- The Service, its code, design and name belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while your account is active.
- Your content remains yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as far as needed to run the Service.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics about how the Service is used to improve it.
- If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10.Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, fit your needs or bring any particular result — sales, reach or message deliverability.
We are not liable for:
- indirect losses and lost profits, loss of customers, data or reputation;
- actions, restrictions and outages of Telegram, payment providers, AI providers, hosting, networks and other third-party services;
- your bots or Telegram accounts being blocked;
- AI replies and the consequences of how you configure flows and integrations;
- unauthorised access to your account caused by your fault;
- circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, military action, power and network outages, decisions of authorities, attacks on infrastructure.
In any case our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the last paid month. If you use the free plan, we bear no monetary liability.
These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep your own copies of important materials — texts and files.
11.Ending Use of the Service
- You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@forgebot.net.
- We may discontinue the Service or individual features, giving advance notice where possible.
- After an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. We will try to give advance notice of material changes in the dashboard or by email. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
13.Disputes
Send questions and claims to support@forgebot.net — we will try to reply within 10 business days. We resolve any disagreements through negotiation first.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
