How to Launch a Bot from a Template

  1. Sign Up

    The account is free to create, no card required.

  2. Connect Your Bot

    Create a bot in @BotFather and paste its token into the dashboard — a template needs a connected bot.

  3. Pick a Template

    Flows → All Templates → Use Template: a draft is created, and the bot stays silent for now.

  4. Fill In and Publish

    In Quick Setup, add your details — business name, prices, chat ID — and publish the flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do templates cost extra?

There is no separate fee for a template: a flow created from a template is a regular flow on your plan and counts toward its flow limit.

Can I change a template to fit my business?

Yes. After Use Template it becomes your own draft: texts, buttons and blocks are edited in the visual editor without code, and the template in the catalog stays as it was.

What do I need to connect in advance?

It depends on the template: some need a team chat for requests, others a channel, a connected Helpdesk or a payment provider. Each template page lists this under “What to connect”.
