What to Adjust for Your Business

- Put the dispatcher chat ID into the bot fields.
- The bot’s price is an estimate — say so in the greeting if the final price is confirmed on site.
Recommendations
- We recommend setting the rates and extra prices in Bot Fields right after creating the flow, because without numbers the bot has nothing to calculate and asks the customer for the area again.
- We recommend keeping the list of extras short (3–4 buttons), because the customer taps each one separately before “Calculate”.
What the Template Doesn't Do
- The bot's price is an estimate based on your rates: if the final price is confirmed on site, say so in the greeting.
- The bot accepts the area only as a number from 1 to 10,000 m²; for “about 50” it asks the customer to type digits.
