In the Broadcasts section, choose recipients by the tag of the topic you need, such as “Topic: New Arrivals” — only those who picked it get the message.

How does a subscriber unsubscribe?

With the “Unsubscribe from All” button: the bot removes all topic and frequency tags. They can come back with /start.
