Telegram Bot for Webinar Registration and Reminders
Who It's For and What It Solves
For online schools, experts and workshop hosts who collect sign-ups in a form and then send reminders by hand. Here the date and time are set once in Quick Setup — the reminder and the link are scheduled automatically, and the bot tells those who tap “Tell Me What’s Next” about your course.
- Who it's for
- Online school, expert, webinars, workshops
- Level
- Easy — Just edit the texts (and the date, if there is one) — nothing to connect. About 5 minutes.
- What to connect
- Needs: date and time
- How it starts
- The bot's main flow: it answers /start and any message that a command or keyword flow didn't catch.
- Blocks in the flow
- 23

How the Flow Works, Step by Step
- Webinar description and date.
- Name and email.
- The “Webinar Registered” tag.
- A reminder one day before.
- The link 15 minutes before the start.
- 3 hours after the start — the recording and a “Tell Me What’s Next” button.
- A repeated /start — “You’re already registered”, the reminder and the link still arrive on schedule.
What to Adjust for Your Business
- In Quick Setup, fill in the title and the links and set the webinar date and time — the reminder the day before and the link 15 minutes before are set for you. The scenario can’t be published until the date is set.
- The date can be up to 30 days ahead. Bot messages show it like “October 16, 7:00 PM (GMT+3)”.
- No connections needed.
- The scenario answers /start. If the bot has another scenario for /start, running it stops the reminders.
- For the next webinar: once the previous one is over, set a new date in Quick Setup and publish — people registered for the previous one will register again.
Recommendations
- We recommend setting a new date in Quick Setup once the previous webinar is over, because then people registered earlier sign up again and get reminders for the new session.
What the Template Doesn't Do
- The webinar date can be up to 30 days ahead; until it's set, the flow won't publish.
- If the bot has another flow for /start, running it stops the reminders.
